Children’s Church
What does a “typical” morning look like at Grace Bible Church for kids? It starts off with you as a family; finding a seat in the rows of the church, you have the opportunity to be all together for the beginning of church. Singing worships songs, hearing announcements, possibly cheering on a baptism or observing communion–these moments are shared together. Before teaching and preaching begin, the children are dismissed to children’s church.
Teachers await them downstairs where songs, activities, and lessons are creatively and consistently prepared for them! Rooms are divided as 3-years old to Kindergarten and 1st-5th grade grow as a group in their faith and knowledge about the Bible as a story continuously pointing towards the gospel, the good news, that Christ has come to save!
Sunday School
After their exciting morning worship time wraps up, kids have further opportunity to dive deeper into the week’s lesson. As the adults go into Sunday School, kids ages 3-years old to Kindergarten, 1st-5th grade divide and experience lessons and activities to reinforce the truths they are learning.
Each week, kids take home information so that you, the parent, grandparent, or guardian, have the opportunity to follow up with what the teachers shared. As a family, regardless of the ages of your kids, you are able to go through the same truths with your sons or daughters because the lessons are cohesive.
The curriculum that all children learn from is The Gospel Project. Check out this video to get excited with us!
